Terms & Conditions

Services Provided: Service Provider agrees to provide mobile fragrance making class services to the Customer. The details of the class, including the date, time, and location, will be communicated separately.
Permission to Use Likeness: Customer grants permission to Service Provider to take photographs or videos during the mobile fragrance making class. These photographs or videos may be used by Service Provider for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and on the Service Provider's website. Customer understands and agrees that their likeness may be used in promotional material and releases Service Provider from any claims or liabilities arising from such use.
Damage Liability Waiver: Customer acknowledges that they will be working with fragrances and other materials during the class, and there is a possibility of accidental damage to personal belongings or property. Customer agrees that they will take responsibility for their personal belongings and release Service Provider from any liability for damage to personal property that may occur during the mobile fragrance making class.
Allergy Disclaimer: Customer confirms that they do not have any known allergies to fragrances or other materials used in the mobile fragrance making class. Customer agrees to inform Service Provider in writing of any allergies or sensitivities that may arise before or during the class. Service Provider will take reasonable measures to accommodate any known allergies or sensitivities, but Customer understands and accepts that they are participating in the class at their own risk.
Payment and Cancellation: Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the mobile fragrance making class. Payment details, including due date and acceptable forms of payment, will be communicated separately. In the event of cancellation by the Customer, refunds will be subject to the Service Provider's cancellation policy, which will also be communicated separately.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

Please read this Contract carefully. By participating in the mobile fragrance making class, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
